Xinfa Company was first established in 1983, originally called Renqiu Xinfa Scaffolding Factory, which was founded by the four brothers of the Song family. After restructuring, Hebei Renqiu Yongxin Construction Tool Repair Factory was established, which expanded its business and manufacturing scope and added products and projects such as welding, lathes, and turning tools. In 2003, Mr. Song Ganliang, one of the four brothers of the Song family, established Xinfa Jingjian Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., Xinfa Jingjian Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., and Xinfa Zhongjian Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in Beijing.
